Microwedding Package is perfect for those seeking to host a smaller wedding with a more intimate setting! We provide a seven hour package perfect for those who are hosting their special day with only the closest family and friends in attendance!
Available for 50 guests or less
Access to The Hall and The Barn and the grounds for the entire seven hour period
(This package does not include daytime Cottage usage. Add on The Cottage for an additional fee at request)
This seven hour time slot includes the parties set-up time, the event, and removal of personal items.

Decor Room
Our venue team will do all of the set up and breakdown of our own tables and chairs, as well as the cleaning. However, we do ask that you remove all personal items and food brought onto our property by the end of your rental period.
$3,500 for Monday-Thursday.
Weekend dates are available two months out at request!
BOOKING YOUR EVENT
To secure your desired date, a 50% down payment is due at contract signing. The remaining balance is due 60 days before your event. Monthly payment plans available! Elopement fees are due at the time of booking and contract signing. An additional damage deposit of $500.00 is to be paid by one month before the event. The damage deposit will be returned to the client after the event it is determined that no damages were made from the event.
Client will have to put a credit card on file for damages beyond $500.
We offer a 2 hour Elopement package for $500
Elopements on weekends can only be booked 30 days in advance based on availability.

Cake table
Clients can bring in a small cake for a cake cutting and champagne for a toast, however, there will be no catering or food allowed during your time frame. (No access to the getting ready suites, Kitchen, Grand Hall, or The Cottage.)
Our venue team will do all of the set up and breakdown of our own tables and chairs, as well as the cleaning. However, you are required to remove all personal items and food brought onto our property by the end of your rental period, and return all borrowed decor to the decor closet.
BOOKING YOUR EVENT
To book an elopement total fee of $500 is due at contract signing. An additional damage deposit of $500.00 is to be paid one month before the event. The damage deposit will be returned to the client after the event it is determined that no damages were made from the event.
